1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements of contentmaker.space BV, trading as Contentmaker Agency (Bampslaan 21 bus 3.01, 3500 Hasselt, company number 1019.179.691), relating to video editing services.
2. Services
Contentmaker Agency delivers video editing services on the basis of a monthly subscription or one-time credit purchase. The services include post-production of video material provided by the client.
3. Credits and subscriptions
- 1 editing hour = 12 credits
- Up to 25% of monthly credits can be carried over once
- Top-up credits are valid for 6 months after purchase
- Initial 3-month term, cancellable any time with 2 months notice
4. Delivery and turnaround
We aim for a turnaround of 2–4 business days per project. This timeframe is indicative and may vary based on the complexity and volume of the project.
5. Revisions
There are no limits on the number of revision rounds — we keep working until you're satisfied. All editing time, including revisions, is charged in credits, except corrections of our own mistakes: if a delivery deviates from what is in the brief or the playbook, we fix it without charging credits. This way you always pay fairly for the work actually done.
6. Intellectual property
After full payment, Contentmaker Agency transfers all intellectual property rights of the delivered work to the client.
7. Liability
Contentmaker Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of the invoice to which the liability relates.
8. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
