A small team, short lines
There are only a handful of us, so everyone knows everyone. Outside working hours too.

Monday is office day
On Mondays the team is together in Hasselt for the weekly team meeting. Remote colleagues join online.
What the work looks like
Good editing is easier when everything else is taken care of. Our whole way of working is built around that.
A clear briefing before you start
Every briefing is checked before an editor picks it up. Each client has a playbook with their style, their house rules and what they like to see.
Brands you really get to know
Each client has a fixed group of 2–3 editors. You build on what you already know, instead of starting every week on a brand you've never seen.
Variety
Short-form, long-form, reels, YouTube, interviews and ads. Editing, motion graphics, colour and audio.
Our own platform
Briefings, feedback and delivery live in one platform we built ourselves, with a knowledge base full of playbooks and ways of working.
Guidance in your first weeks
At the start, all your work is reviewed before it goes to the client. That way you quickly learn what each client expects.
Work that gets seen
Together we've delivered more than 1,400 videos and 5,000 hours of editing, for brands across Europe.
